Abramovich Method: Swim in a Freezing Body of Water
Added 2022-08-29 02:08:27 +0000 UTCI live in a region full of small lakes and ponds, however, none of them are naturally occurring and it would be months before any of them get cold. In order to create a semblance close to a freezing body of water, I added 35 pounds of ice to my small pool. The instruction in the Marina Abramovich Method states to do this for 3 minutes. I did. It was shockingly cold!
