Echoing other enby folks here in the comments, Ripley this is so, so well put. The visual depiction of the weight of others' expectations and perceptions of our outward appearance, the anger and guilt at letting such things affect our own choices of self expression... yeah. Deeply resonating art.

2025-01-22 15:35:16 +0000 UTCWell, this made me cry. It pretty much EXACTLY summed up one of the biggest gender-related things I've been struggling with and despairing over, these last weeks. Clothes are SUCH an important part of how I express myself (not only gender, all of Me) and .... well. Everything I can think of to say, is better said in the comic. Ripley LaCross - THANK YOU for sharing this with us all. I only hope I can find the strength in myself to emulate your hope!
