Jey Pawlik never thought they'd get married, but that was before they spent ten years with Michelle, the love of their life. The two of them just had the big beautiful gay wedding and we're all so lucky we get to share that moment with them in this sweet comic about community, conflict, and connection.

This also marks the end of Jey's monthly comic run with us! Hopefully we will still get an occasional story out of them in the future, but for now they've got to focus all their attention on a cool, secret project with a video game company. Matt and I (Erika here!) cannot say enough good things about Jey, both as a regular contributor to OJST for the last two years (Two years!! plus the handful of comics they provided before joining the monthly roster) and as also as a kind, thoughtful, brave human being. They shared their entertaining and vulnerable stories with OJST's audience and, behind the scenes, they helped us become a better publisher.

Jey came on board when the future of OJST was up in the air and they played a significant role in helping it get back onto sturdier ground. OJST is a better site for having Jey's work on it and we're a better company from their contributions as a member of the team.

We're so happy for Jey and Michelle on their marriage and we will be eagerly following along with the work their produce, from more comics to video games and whatever other avenues this talented, hard working human pursues!
