I’m excited to share a new set of photos from a recent shoot with Anastasia B in a large studio. We experimented with different lighting setups, but the studio’s lighting was a bit limited. To compensate, I used an on-camera flash, inspired by Terry Richardson’s style.
However, the flash didn’t always fire in time, resulting in some darker shots with noticeable grain. Instead of discarding them, I decided to edit these frames lightly and keep them in the mix. I’m posting both the flash and non-flash photos from this session.
I’d love to hear your thoughts! Which do you prefer—the shots with the flash or without?
