Jan/2025 Update, Part 1

I'm Back!

I finally finished all my end-of-the-year festivities and am now back to full-time working!

I have a couple of private commissions to finish, but other than them I also have to get back to my main stories and decide on how to continue.

An Engineer in Night City

The story is coming close to the planned end of Book 2, with Book 3 being a sorter to finish the climax and end of Mark's story in Night City. Afterward, it will depend on the reader's interest if I will jump on the sequel.

However, after the end of the story, I also plan to write a few extra chapters, such as the full mission of Main's Crew in the Resident Evil-like mission. If there is interest for the readers, potential smut that was completely skipped over, the latter will be marked appropriately if you're not interested.

None of the extra chapters are required reading, but I believe you will like them. All extra chapters will be Patreon Exclusive.

Nier: Revengeance

I still have more normal updates to finish, afterwards the votes will resume. Again, if the readers are interested, there will be potential smut as extra chapters, they won't impact the story flow and will be appropriately marked.

New Stories

With An Engineer in Night City ending this year, I'm considering expanding to original works and writing more loose chapters of experimental stories. My current favorite candidate is Instructions Unclear, Became Dark Lord Instead, but as an original work, I will take greater care with this story which means updates will be slower.

Schedule

This year I am going to experiment with a different kind of workflow. Before the writing process was to draft two chapters, edit them, and then post on the same day. That was killing me, so I am changing to mass-producing drafts several days ahead for a few days, editing the chapters, and then scheduling their release on the Patreon platform.

That means for this first week, the first chapters of AEINC will be released starting this Friday, Jan 10th. Afterward, they will be released daily unless something happens.

The subscribers who want extra chapters of AEINC will have them released on Fridays.
