Patreon Weekly Video Update June 9th, 2025

Howdy Patrons,

It has been a hectic past couple of weeks here at the studio. My team and I have officially wrapped up the spring quarter strong with some of our best works yet like the Great Raft which I think is one of my favorite things I have ever made. With that summer has also come which has allowed me to begin work on all of the things around the house that I can't do in the winter from planting the garden to beginning renovations on the studio. All told, I have been flying by the coat tails of work recently, but have some exciting things coming up.

My team and I have been neck deep in The Big Video of the summer. If you enjoyed the long, full debunk of an entire channel that I did with Filip Zieba, you are going to love this one. While I am still gonna keep the subject under wraps for now, this guy is pretty similar to Filip's genre, but is a pretty different guy with a whole new host of quirks and lessons to be learned. This one is going to be really fun and will even feature some surprise guests to help me with the takedown.

However, that video is very long and is requiring a lot of time in post production. Because of this at the moment my team and I are working on our video on The La Brea Tar Pits from this past December that we shot with Lindsay Nikole. It features a deep dive behind the scenes into the excavation site, the lab and even the madness of the bone storage vault. It was a great one to film and its been on the chopping block for a while and this is the perfect opportunity to release it as we slog through a much more clunky and highly edited video to come out afterwards.

There are many other big things coming down the pipeline this summer, but for now that is what is directly in front of us and you have to look forward to.
