To help spark some ideas, consider what effect Jenna's cure has on Franny. Does it work as intended, does it mutate her further? What about Hannah and Lisette... they're not mutated in the same way as the other zombies... do they have special powers?

Mutating Franny further to have either two dicks or nipple dicks would be an interesting development also.
