1. Testing the Cure: Lily, Maxie, and Inara are escorting Jenna toward Uterus Corp. to finalize the cure for the F Virus. When approaching the building, they encounter the zombies seen at the end of chapter 8 having an orgy. They avoid them successfully, but are chased by a zombified Franny. They let her have her way with them so Jenna can test out her cure on another zombie before using it herself. However, before we can see if it works, Cassandra senses them and sends the newly transformed Hannah and Lisette to attack the members of S.P.E.R.M.

2. Sex Pheremones: Lily, Maxie, and Inara have been tailing Cassandra and Sindra, and have finally caught up to them. However, when they approach the scent of their mutated cum releases an aphrodisiac pheremone.

3. Crimson Mutations: Hannah and Lisette start fucking intensely, but every time they cum their skin grows redder and redder, until it turns a deep crimson. They also become more aggressive, and try to attack Cassandra, who is able to overpower them. However, Lizzie and Anat enter the safe house to look for their friends. Sindra is about to attack them, but she obeys Cassandra who orders her to stand down, instead sending Hannah and Lisette to test them on their friends. Cassandra then orders Sindra to hunt down the members of S.P.E.R.M., which becomes the only word Sindra says. The story then jumps ahead 24 hours, with Jenna and the agents of SPERM adventuring through the ruins of Cougar City, and passing through the local police station. They encounter Lizzie and Anat, who have also turned into Crimson mutants, but they are able to subdue them. As they discuss what this new mutation means, they’re attacked by Sindra. Their weapons don’t work against her, and Inara tells the others to hurry ahead while she slows her down. Inara then submits to Sindra’s tentacles and she becomes infected as well.
