DOWNLOAD Modular Accessibility Set for The Sims 3

I’m excited to share with you the download for our new accessibility set! It will significantly contribute to the stories you want to tell and can be used to decorate lots in your neighborhood. From a senior care home to an ordinary community lot with accessibility for the elderly and wheelchair users. Although the ramps are not functional (unfortunately), they are an excellent ornament and showcase the potential the game could have had if it had explored accessibility dynamics, for example. Sadly, this is a topic that is very rarely addressed (if ever), and one I wish I had seen more often.

While my talent isn’t in animating or making this kind of mechanic possible, at least in terms of the visual aspect, I can do my part to support and contribute to this idea. I hope you enjoy it, and please remember, it’s highly recommended to use the S3DT mod to move some of the handrail pieces to create the perfect look for the ramps!

I tried to make them fully snap together without using the Alt key, but since they are designed to adapt to various types of ramps and different shapes, the best I could do was allow them to be freely moved with Alt so you can adjust them in a way that makes the most sense for you. As shown in our original post, you’ll see that they will adapt differently in each scenario. But I hope you have fun enjoying and playing with the pieces.

To install, simply extract the files into your Mods folder. The pieces will be located in the category: Decoration / Roof Decorations (I’ve adopted this category since it’s one of the most neglected and empty in the entire catalog, which is great because it makes finding the pieces even easier. I organize my modular sets by name and price to keep everything in order and make locating them more convenient).
