Project Mayor First Step

In this post, I shared the "Tile of Misery." (or in portuguese: "Ladrilho da Miséria". A tile that, when added to any room, SIGNIFICANTLY reduces the Environment need.
(Note: Use only one tile and hide it with a rug or objects, do not use more than one, unless you want your Sim to be EXTREMELY unhappy).
Over the next few days, more guides and mods will be released to continue expanding the Project Mayor idea and remind players that The Sims 2 has immense potential when it comes to combining city management + individual Sims.
