But if you can think of a pairing of girls from this story or a particular pose or anything really you want to suggest, let me know. My plan is basically just to use ideas suggested by fans until I either fulfill all of them or just reach a point where I feel like I've satisfied enough.

I think you should finish it with floods of jizz, but then reveal the effects were only temporary, and they're now back to their normal form. You could make it clear that if they want more, they have to come back tomorrow. Then see one of the characters reaching for another cake!
