BCC 44-21: Hi-Res Early Access

Franny's tongue is about the maximum length a tongue can be on a human for me before it just gets creepy looking. Honestly, depending on the framing it could look pretty scary already. But I think I'm more comfortable with something like giving Succubi tongues that are measured in feet... something about making them more monstrous in the first place makes it easier to accept those kind of extremes.
Does anyone else feel the same way?
