But what if it's a chapter with Jenna taking Karen to the black female doctor for a checkup and they run into her mom and the nun also getting a check up. In the waiting room are the other girls she's impregnated. All in various degrees of the pregnancy. Kinky hijinx as usual end up happening. If not for this chapter you can keep that idea I don't mind.
