There is a certain amount of innocence for Bianca in the ways of witchcraft that when presented with the offer of her greatest desires, she subconsciously chose to have bigger tits and a massive cock (judging by the action lines in the first panel). And from the callback about Jenna's creation, Luna is about to put Bianca's new gifts to the test. Whereas Anastasia, who takes her witchcraft quite seriously, directly asks for one of the greatest powers of the universe. We will have to see how that plays out with Luna.
