Behind the Scenes- Ancient Artifacts

I know you've all heard this from me time and time again, but I wanna apologize for the lack of activity on my part. I've been meaning to post more exclusive stuff like this here, but just haven't remembered to lately.

Truth is I've been hella overwhelmed lately with personal stuff taking my attention, and forget to check my socials and post updates to what I'm working on. I am okay though, no worries!

There are actually a fair number of M&M shorts that are basically ready to go, aside from final touches, so there will be no shortage of them in the upcoming months. I will try to post stuff about 'em soon.

For now, I wanted to share some VERY old stuff I never got around to using or posting!

-First up is a comic I did waayyyy back in 2019! This was like a week or two after I first drew Zoe. I never posted it because I just didn't think it was funny, and didn't look very good. Of course, the idea of a running gag where Murphy's fast food orders are NEVER correct is something I still wanna do in some form. You'll notice in a lot of early M&M stuff that the colors are very dull. That's because my laptop at the time displayed every color super saturated for some reason, and only looked good on THAT screen.

-Then, there's a screenshot from a video I wanted to do called "Murphy's Room Radio- Y2K Jamz Playlist". It would've been a looping animation of M&M just chilling out with lots of childhood 2000s music playing in the background, like an hour of music from back then. I didn't do it because I was afraid YouTube would screw me on copyright stuff, but I kinda wanna give it a go again sometime with some updated visuals. The Murphy Napster logo would've gone with this.

-Lastly, there's some bad renders of the absolutely terrible Murphy & Mitzi models I made back in 2020. I've never been much of a 3D guy, and it shows, lol. These are the same models I've used in various posts whenever I wanted to emulate crappy CGI, but I don't think these renders ever were shown.

So there you have it! Some old stuff never before seen from the old days.

By the way: Murphy plush is READY and REAL. I have the prototype sitting beside me as I type here, and he looks even better in person. I will probably reveal him VERY soon, like within the next few days, so keep a lookout! He will launch for sale again on September 2nd, and once the 3 week sale period is over will be shipped to everyone. I've also gotten the formal green light to launch Mitzi soon, so she's definitely on the way next!
