I'm actually not totally sure. I think you CAN buy multiple, but I haven't tried or know if it's possible. Regardless, he's hit the 200 person threshold he needed to be produced, so he will be up for sale again in October when the prototype is revealed for a 3 week period, so if it's not possible to buy the plush twice now, you can then.
