I'm not too well versed in 4kids to make a viable assumption, but all the same, this looks fantastic! Perhaps it could work as an anime. With one of those unnecessarily over-the-top titles for it just being Murphy & Mitzi. Heh, something like "Murphy & Mitzi: Fun and Reckless Adventures in Metropolis New Lennium" or such..
