Reason being - This whole thing started out as a digital clip/commercial made by ESPN almost a decade prior to the show iteself. It's really funny and doesn't contain spoilers. I have a feeling you and "Ted Lasso" are made for each other...😉😅 You will end up loving not only Ted, but also a lot of the other characters introduced in this episode, it is simply impossible not to...☺️ For me Rebecca is more of an antagonist, not a villain. Her hatred isn't directed at Ted (or Higgins for that matter), but at her ex-husband. He hurt her so she wants to hurt him by destroying his beloved club...🤔😊 Yes, the playground (and I think the training ground, too) is Crystal Palace F.C. - they shot lots of the football exteriors there. I guess that is why they also adopted the club colors red and blue. Can't wait for your next reactions, especially with your football background. This show is so cozy, it leaves you with a smile and the sense that everything is going to be alright after each episode...🤩
