Whilst Mark is about to become an uncle... the concerns about his job really start to eat away at him.
Things get creepier and creepier on the Severed floor too.
And we meet a very interesting new department...

At the end of last episode we saw clips, of someone attempting to take their own life.
The episode opens as a follow on of that. As I said before there's no blood, nor gore but it may be distrubing for some.
The opener lasts about 5 minutes, then the show continues with it's normal weirdness.
Of course I'm sure many may know this already, but I just wanted to reitterate, just in case.

I am so relieved that Helly is alive…it was tough to watch the elevator scene. The painting, I didn’t see anything different either. Thanks!

Both are available via Apple Books for free. Anyway, another terrific reaction. You're almost there. I believe you can make it through the season!

There's no way that figure towards the bottom right side isn't directly adapted from "Saturn Devouring His Son". I think quite a bit of the paintings that are shown are "Kier-coded" Lumen versions of existing IRL works.

2025-05-06 01:13:39 +0000 UTCQuick correction, idk if you were being completely serious but I don’t think the “Birthing Retreat Cabins” are the norm lol. Hospitals still exist, Ricken just wanted them to have a natural/less medicalized birth, which is pretty in line with his character haha.

Running out of adjectives to describe this episode....awful, creepy, curious, eccentric, eerie, freaky, funky, ghastly, haunting, horrific, kooky, mysterious, outlandish, peculiar, spooky, strange, supernatural, unnatural. Even the cute bleat from a goat becomes scary, ominous....
