Theres so many amazing details isn't there! It's been very warm here when recording so I haven't yet. Maybe I will one day though hehe

Your reaction when the perpetuity room door opens is priceless 😂 Mr. Furnace has a great analogy in reference to red and blue. Harmony, Seth and Natalie all wear black and white colors, why? I guess to let us know they live in both realities. In the perpetuity room there is a woman wearing red, that was odd. I think there is no guard nor people around when Marc leaves because it is after 5pm. I noticed one more lonely car in the parking lot, which I am going to assume it belongs to Hally, who has not let the break room yet. Yes, this is getting better and better! Forgot one more thing, yes to wearing blue and a tie!

Ah interesting! Will keep looking out for that more and more! And thank you! Glad you're enjoying it!

THIS COMMENT INCLUDES MINOR SPOILERS FOR THIS EPISODE First of all, that was another spectacular episode and was everything I love about this show so far. I also want to point out a couple details that it looks like you may have missed. With that book that was brought into the office, it was red which shows it was from the outside world and visually in just stands out a lot in there. So, a bit more to do with the red and blue colouring; I think it may be a reference to the red and blue pills from the matrix, where taking the blue pill makes you remain in the matrix and unaware of the true world outside whereas, the red pill represents a higher knowledge of what reality really is. Finally, I'd like to say you've done a great job on picking up on details like Petey's red and blue shirt and what it represents. I am loving this reaction series!

Mr Furnace

Yes it becomes more and more prevalent doesn't it!

Claudie

Yes Irv is an interesting character isn't he... seems sweet sometimes and very eerie in others!

It is crazy how uneasy Severance makes the viewer. They found their style and fully commited to it. Also the "throwing a mug at Mark in order for him to grow" and "leave it both open and closed at the same time" (which is impossible). Those are textbook examples of abusive manipulation. - inflicting violence (physical or otherwise) as "help" or "learning experience" - forcing someone to do something that is impossible, double binds, damned if you do and damned if you don't I almost like the more subtle examples of abuse and cult behaviour more than the obvious attempts at brainwashing. It is so fucked up but intriguing at the same time, the show does a really good job at that.

Around 39:30, when they are walking to the Perpetuity wing, Irving just keeps on talking and talking and I don't know what it is but it made me so uneasy. Like I kept thinking that he's gonna stop talking or at least pause to breathe, but he didn't. To me it really made some sort of tension build up that suddenly broke when he finally stopped talking.

Interesting thank you :)

There is an audio book, for free, read by Ricken's actor. It's in iBooks. I recommend listening to it after you have finished the first season.
