Was able to play DREDGE VR from start to finish!

- Added camera rotation using the right thumbstick
- Fade out more during loading screens
- Removed more scrims and made more UI less flat
- Fixed "diamond" fishing minigame
- Devil's Strand enemies are now more visible when attacking you
- Fixed the credits to render in world space
- Fixed particle effects in character dialogues
Some people are reporting that they get a strange water graphical bug (white reflection when looking below the horizon). If this happens to you please let me know what headset you're on and revert back to 0.0.11. It works perfectly for me on my Valve Index.
There are still some optional side features of the game that aren't fully implemented, and I do want to improve how the ending looks in VR, but I was able to finish the entire game now in VR with no issues.
