2025-11-06 18:20:34 +0000 UTCSo, as you can see here.... a Magend is tethered, fettered to their Dragon through an intense emotional enchantment. (It's usually an initial burst of fatherly or motherly love from the Dragon to their "spell-baby") but Fauntleroy didn't know what he was doing at all. Platinus was spawned with an intense lust... 99.99% directed at Fauntleroy... 00.01% chance another hotty catches her eye tho. Unscrupulous dragons tend do what Fauntleroy attempted... alter the bond into "Kind master, loving slave."--- to do this you have to strip the will off a Magend. So most dragons (Most of them are unscrupulous) have a Master/Servant bond with their magend. T'mat and Gaeo have a "Momma/Baby" bond.-- Made after D'bra got bratty/rebellious and left the nest. D'bra has no magend. Platinus is the PUREST magend around... a direct result from Summoner and a dragon. (Other magends are cast from 2nd hand, inborn summoner magic.) Anyway, I hope this explains why I crafted this goofoff like I did... A sort of "What would happen if Platinus got her hands on a helpless V'ayt!"
