I bought an Dragon Rulers deck from an old tournament guy for like $5. No deck checker would let him play it officially. Mainly out of curiosity I bought them to my fav comic book n3rds and they str8 up told me half of the cards were illegal and imports. And I'm sitting on what will be worth $10,000 as most of them can't be found anymore or out of print. There is no real point to the story, it's just a humble brag

Y'all gotta keep this in mind: Baby's First JoJo. And the original story Takahashi-senpai had plan was Games, of All Kinds, of Change. But Cards are cheap to make and you can sell them in bundles. Takahashi-senpai straight up said he got kind of bored when the rules started coming in to canon that had to match the real life card game
