July/August 2025 update + Patreon billing pause

Hi everyone! You might've seen that I'm pausing billing for the month of August, but in case you didn't see the email, I'll let you know here. I haven't posted anything for the month of July, so I will make it up in August by not charging for posts this month.

I'm kinda having a mental block lately so I haven't been that productive at all... while I'll still post on August, I will keep the Patreon billing paused until Boyfriends season 3 launches again (did you know I'm doing season 3 btw!!!), and hopefully by then things will resume as normal.

Dealing with Webtoon had been super frustrating, I haven't been able to fulfil several Vol. 4 book pre-orders yet since they JUST told me that I need to have a US billing address if I were to place a book order to my US warehouse. The thing is I'm not a US citizen and getting a US address-connected payment method is complicated... and Webtoon is doing so little to help me out with this. I'm the author of this book and I can't even order my books, it's so fucking frustrating. This batch of books order is supposed to be for an upcoming convention too (ANYC), and it's gonna fall through because it's already past the deadline for sending items to the convention center. Not to mention the pre-orders on my online store too. I'm still talking to them about figuring things out but it's just REALLY frustrating since I WAS able to order books to my US warehouse before, so there was no reason for me to think this is going to happen.

By the way I don't remember if I told ppl online but the last time I ordered books for another convention (Dokomi) more than half of them didn't arrive for the convention and I still had to pay for the books anyway :) :) :) :) :) :) :) it's like damn do you have no authors that sell books in conventions before like is it such a rare occurence that you don't know what the fuck to do in this situation.
