December/January Break!

December 2021
I HAVE TWO MORE EPISODES OF BOYFRIENDS TO DRAW BABEY!!!! (In this season at least!!!) I'll be working on the season finale in December, and I want it to look good, so I'll be taking extra time to finish it. If you're wondering, season 1 will have 100 episodes, so while I will finish drawing it in December, the finale itself won't come out until late January.
There's also a bunch of other projects I have to finish in December. I'll be pretty busy this month, so I won't be posting on Patreon at all.
January 2022
I'm taking a complete break in January! Like for real break this time! Usually, when I take a "break", I'm still working on things behind the scenes, whether it's drawing, planning out stuff, researching, talking to business ppl, etc. But this time, I'm going to take a step back from any type of work... as well as the internet. I'M IN NEED OF A SOCIAL MEDIA CLEANSE SOBS.......... It's been a while since I've actually had an extended break, last time I remember was when I graduated college LOL ^^;
I'm planning to go to several places in Indonesia (I'M DOUBLE JUICED UP SO I'LL BE GOOD) One that I'm very excited about is Labuan Bajo, they have dragons there (komodo dragons but it's still cool to call them dragons lol) and pink beaches (like for real pink sand, so when I draw beaches with pink sand in BFs they do exist irl). I feel like I need to be more in touch with the local culture, so I'm excited to both get refreshed and learn new things that I wouldn't usually be able to do in my line of work.
Throughout January, Boyfriends will still update. Season 1 finale will be out on January 3 on fast pass and January 24... I think?? Around that time. But I wouldn't be posting on Twitter nor Patreon for the whole month.
Other updates???
I'm not sure if I'll be coming back in February, I haven't planned that far ahead yet. After season 1 of Boyfriends, I'll probably take some time to prepare for season 2, which may take a month or two in pre-production. I'll definitely update you guys whenever I can!
Speaking of season 2, I've started to gather a bigger team to work on Boyfriends~ Thanks to your support, I am able to hire a few more assistants! Can't exactly say what help they'll be providing for me yet cuz there's still a lot of stuff to prepare, but I hope this will help increase the quality of the episodes.
There's a lot of topics I want to touch on in season 2. Particularly the boys' personalities as well as their backstories. IT'S.... STILL A VERY LIGHthearted simple comic at its core so please don't expect much, but I think exploring it a little bit is something that can be fun ^^
