Happy Valentines day lol (Blood btw)

You know, this actually is more than just a menacing smile with blood, the blood thing isn't even his real character... ._. But pls, understand, I'm trying to limit this stuff but I need to let out some steam while drawing him like this.
Oh and there is non-bloody version too, just because I can do it and I'm still not sure if the blood on the face hides his face too much :| Anyways, my edgy things aside, real question to you guys: Should I put some kind of "gore/blood" tag on these pics? Or some kind of warning?
Like I have given general warnings in my profile that there might be blood and all that, but I still want to be careful of these things. I mean my art isn't the bloodiest of bloody work, nowhere near that, it's actually rather tame but I want to keep it safe. So should I put some tag on these pictures or put censored version upfront, so the actual picture will be just like the sketch is?
