Life hack! Joking about own faults much easier than fixing them

Making self-deprecating jokes about your own toxic behaviours is way less effort than the years of therapy it would take to actually address their root causes, experts have revealed.
A recent study revealed that simply demonstrating that you’re aware you’re a cunt, but hey - what are you going to do about it - is far quicker and easier than genuine self-reflection and growth.
Psychotherapist, Tricia Squire, 60, commented: “It’s the one easy trick we don’t want you to know.”
“And hey, if anyone starts trying to guilt trip you, you get to self-righteously accuse them of not allowing you to be yourself,” Squire added. “Seriously - you don’t need to think about your own actions AT ALL.”
