An autistic adult has defied defying stereotypes by actually being just like your autistic nephew, it has been rumoured.
Despite being a fully grown woman, Olivia Buckingham, 28, is exactly like seven-year-old Finley Rice in every other way.
Buckingham commented: โI actually sought diagnosis after meeting Finley. He had an encyclopaedic knowledge of sharks, his favourite colour was green and he enjoyed jumping out at people shouting โYOU ARE THE AMBUSH!โ Iโd never felt so seen.โ
โYeah Iโm an adult with a job and responsibilities,โ Buckingham continued. โBut I do also enjoy a pull-my-finger gag. Classic.โ
โIโm 99% sure Iโm autistic,โ Buckingham added. โBut Iโm going for professional diagnosis so I get legal protections at work - and also a fast pass at Legoland.โ
