An autistic woman has become a real-estate billionaire after finally charging the moochers who have been living in her head rent-free for years, it has been announced.
Ffiona Maw, 39, had spent the last four decades allowing thousands of tenants to occupy her brain without paying a single bill - but recently decided to charge in line with current market rates.
Maw commented: “These are the worst residents ever. They’re messy, rowdy and they’ve all wronged me, personally. I still feel bad about charging them, though.”
“Why didn’t I just evict them?” Maw continued. “I’m not completely heartless.”
“In fact, I’ve started picking fights with people just so I can move them in and increase my profits.”
Maw was last seen starting unnecessary beef with her great aunt Maureen in the hopes of enticing her to retire in her brain property.
