Autistic woman’s happiness drastically increases after discovering the word “no”

An autistic woman has found the key to eternal bliss after finally realising she’s allowed to say “no” whenever the fuck she wants, sources have revealed.
Miya Wilkes, 34, who until recently spent her entire life people pleasing herself into a weeping mess, found her world transformed after it occurred to her that her feelings might matter as much as everyone else’s.
Wilkes said: “My neighbour from two doors down - whose only interaction with me so far is the time I thought she was waving at me, but she was actually waving at Carol from number 73, who was taking her bins out behind me - asked me to walk her big scary dog while she had a sprained ankle. I blurted out “no” and immediately a heavenly choir started singing and I was bathed in divine light.”
“After that, I started using the word more and more,” Wilkes enthused. “It became almost addictive! No, I won’t come to your hen party. No, you can’t just ‘pick my brains’ about my job. No, I’m not coming to Christmas, fuck you, Nanna.”
Wilkes could not be reached for further comment, simply sending us an email that said “no” but eyewitnesses reported seeing her dancing through the streets naked, shouting “I’m free! I’m finally free!”
