- NO claiming my work as your own, give credit where credit is due.
- Recolors of my work are allowed.
- Conversions to other versions of sims is allowed. DO NOT convert to other games.
-DO NOT modify my meshes.
ABOUT MY 3D MODELS
- If you wish to use my content in your blender scenes for personal use you can do so without permission.
- DO NOT use my 3d models to profit from them as they are my intellectual property and are in no way linked to Electronic Arts nor are they covered by EA's terms of use, nor property of Electronic Arts either.
---Do not confuse cc with 3d models, it is not the same.--
- Profiting from my 3d models (blend files, obj, or any other 3d model format) is strictly prohibited. Permission is only granted for free or personal use render scenes.
- I am now retired and will NOT be providing links to my content any longer.

The one's that I do use your items in, are usually just for show. I try to be careful, I have a few creators I follow. I love everything you do, and appreciate your hard work.
