On the other hand, we wanted to launch the English version on PHub and the uncensored Japanese version, but it turns very difficult with the documentation of the voice actors.
So now we are looking for some other options, there are platforms as Man(y)vids and Amatur p(o)rm (apclips) that may be easier. We will review it and maybe in the next days it can be ready. What do you think about this platforms?
In this platforms the cost will be around the half of the Japanese site, by the enormous fees that Japanese site ask for every copy.
If there are patrons who speak a language other than English for example Japanese, we will try to translate some posts or let us know in the comments if you have no problems with English
Also sorry, we got a mess with the goals, tiers and general information on patreon that we don’t have update for quite some time by be only focus on the animation, we will fix it in the next weeks.

Hi Voncivent, by now is the Japanese page of Dlsite, it is supposed to be available on english dlsite (Different site, same version) in about 2 weeks. About pixiv it seems that the page for sellers is almost complete on japanese (So it will be to difficult), we keep looking for options.
