Screenshot Formats

I'm about to start working on the screenshot compilations from the latest video. Before I start however, I wanted to ask what format you guys would prefer the screenshots.
For a while, I've been doing 4K PNGs. Recently I've been experimenting with doing 4K JPGs, or doing 4000x3000 JPGs.
Which format and resolution would you guys prefer? Or do you have a suggestion?
