Never trust an argonian assassin. They know lots of tricks to manipulate and play their victim, to make them belive, to never see decisive strike comming. And there is a reason they would send a female killers after male target and male after female one.
Their woman can make their victim an obedient puppet without even using potions. Additionally they are sending male or female killers according to target preferences. There is no more effective assassins than argonians, this is why every brotherhood wants to have at least two of them, both genders.
but the worst part is Rouge argonian assassins, or even shadowscales. They are not affiliated with Dark Brotherhood, nor Morag Tong, nor argonian leadership, but they keep follow Sitith in their own way.

Licks-Her-Venom is one of them, a former member of Dark Brotherhood, she had to become a shadowscale once, but she decided to go her ways so she was cast out. Yet she is active here, in Cyrodil and we has no responsibility for her acts. No member has rights to interfere with her actions since she still follows the will of our father Sithits in ways we can't comprehend; killing her is forbidden. The only thing we are allowed to do is to capture her and bring to justice.
