Did you ever wonder what would happen if a pregnant lady came in contact with a virus that makes women exposed to it grow a cock? Well, wonder no more! :D
I've been holding onto this premise for a while, as I had some trouble making both the pregnancy and futanari concepts work together with Stable Diffusion, but I think it worked out fine in the end!

Keep up the awesome work love seeing you stuff come out and love how you flesh out the stories and transformation as others gloss over that part.
