Today is the day of the announcement of the Freshman Combat Tournament result to the entire school.
In other words, there will be an all-school assembly.
I thought it would be Karen who would be giving the speech in front of about 2,500 people but it turns out that I am the one who will be giving the speech.
Karen said she wanted to give her future husband a little experience.
I recall Zeke and Maria said no firmly though......
Well, my victory speech ended on a good note with a decent amount of excitement.
I was asked a lot of questions and teased in the interview afterward but the atmosphere was friendly throughout ......
The only thing that was a bit harsh was the sexual harassment of Clarice by the male moderator...... He seems to have been guessing everything very accurately or more like he seems to be used to handling people like her? Like how he asked how many males had she shot down or reversely how many times had she shot etc…*1
But he would never cross the line and said anything related to her nickname ‘nut crusher’ apparently.
I'm sure he was trying to bring out Clarice's blushing face and girlish expression so the boys wouldn't be afraid of her second title. Or maybe I'm overthinking...
And then the host guy asked me to say a few last words.
"We have formed a party using this opportunity. Would it be alright if I introduce our party members?"
I asked the host guy, and he nodded back and urged me to speak up.
"There might a bit of a complication currently but please take it in stride.
Ranked second, Clarice Lampard
Ranked third, Ellie Leo
Ranked fifth, Karen Lionel
Ranked seventh, Misha Febrandt
These four and I, Mars Bryant, formed a party called ‘Reimei’. We would like to make this a party that will be loved similarly to my brother’s Red Lotus so I ask for everyone's support."
Then, as expected, the boys voiced ......
"That’s not a bit!!!"
“Don't be ridiculous!”
"Let me at least hold their hand!"
"Just because you're ranked one, there are certain things you can do and things you can't do."

"Be careful when you walk alone on the street at night."
Voices sounding like above flew around but they were all laughing while shouting so.
However, the female students’ voices, were instead quite serious.
“Let me in!”
“I don't care if it's just for fun, please go out with me!"
And other unexpected words were thrown at me.
I realized that I was being viewed positively by the girls because I had won this year.
After that, I was called into the principal's office.
Clarice and Ellie, who were probably on the lookout for Duke Regan as the fifth fiancée, came with me to the principal's office even though they had not been summoned.
They didn't come inside with me but they were trying to check what was going on from the outside.
“Well then, I’ll be getting straight into the main topic. I have three questions for you, Mars.”
Duke Regan said as she sat down on a chair and took her drink.
“May I know what are the questions? I will answer as long as it is something I can answer.”
“You can use Wind magic, right?”
“Yes. I can use it a bit...”
“About Brad, you slashed his fangs and claws, and you claim you can only use a bit?”
As expectedly, she noticed......

When Duke Regan said this, I suddenly felt a nasty look from the duke.
I'm not sure if she used her Magic Eyes or not. If she appraised me, she’ll easily find out after all…

When I said that, some people tried to open the door but apparently they couldn't.
“Yes, I suppose so. Then let’s get married.”
Duke of Regan said with a laugh, and I heard an attempt to break down the door from outside the room. Clarice and Ellie are completely being played.
“No, I already have wonderful fiancées.”
The sound of the door being broken down stopped as I said that.
"It still doesn't seem to work for you, Mars...... I can't even do a quick appraisal...... Is that some kind of blessing?"
“Blessing? I've never heard of it before?"

Duke Regan glared at me.

“Can you tell me any other characteristics of a Holy magic user?”
“Let me see. The normal Holy magic user can use nothing but Holy magic. They can use other magic in rare cases but they are not able to use other magic at a high level. So the greater the user’s capability as a magician, the less he or she can use Holy magic...”
“I see....... Thank you for explaining. Is that all the questions?"
“Yes. No more questions. I will trouble you to be the chairperson for the S class freshmen. I may call on you a few times in the future so please do me a favor then. Also, please tell everyone that in March, Cyrus will be replaced by another assistant homeroom teacher.”
“What happened to Cyrus ?”
“I wonder that myself… I tried to search for him but he seems to have disappeared out of nowhere. Maybe he's involved in some kind of incident ......”

I walked out of the principal's office and Clarice and Ellie came by right away.
They followed me back to class without a word.
I guess my ‘wonderful fiancées’ effect must have been working.
They both looked satisfied.
“Welcome back. What did the principal say?”
Karen asked lightly.
"I don't understand all the questions. But I heard that an assistant homeroom teacher will be replacing Cyrus in March.”
When Baron heard that.
“Finally an instructor for martial arts will come eh… I wonder if we should all practice magic together until 3rd March."
I really think Baron should be the chairman instead......
"Are we done for the day?"
When Clarice said so and I replied in response.
“I'm sure the S class members are still tired from yesterday so they're done for the day. I assume we're dismissed since teacher Lorenz said that earlier?"
Hearing my words, Joseph and Johan immediately went back to their dormitory.
“Somehow, those two aren't trying to fit in with this class, are they? Especially since Johan came, Joseph doesn't interact with us much anymore.”
When Minerva said this, everyone in the class nodded.
“Indeed...... I'll try to talk to him a little next time.”
The Reimei members then headed to the Adventurer's Guild in the Regan City.
After that, the Reimei members headed to the Adventurer's Guild in Regan to register Karen and Misha as adventurers and to register our party.
When we entered the Adventurer's Guild, we found many young adventurers.
Many of the adventurers in this town had just graduated from the Lister Imperial School.
Many of them were desperately trying to get out of the ‘Paper’ G and F rank adventurers.
Right as I was about to ask the lady at the reception desk, a group of three men stood in front of me.
“Are you from the S class?"
One of the men said.
“Yes. I am an S class student enrolled this year. I look forward to working with you."
“Oh, I see. We're former Class A students who graduated last year, and we're still Class F adventurers....... We're a little short on numbers, so could you lend us the girls in the back?"
“I'm afraid we can't do that. I am truly sorry we can't help you."
I said politely, and the guys didn't care what I said and spoke directly to the ladies.
"Don’t you think four people is wasted on him alone? Let's make a party with us. It'll be fun every day.”
Just as the men began to engage the women, the guild door opened behind them.
A grown woman, very beautiful. I had seen her face many times.
“Mom, what's wrong?”
Misha spoke to Sasha.
“I thought maybe you guys would get into trouble. I followed you because I'm an old lady in the heart. Did I bother you, Mars?”

Then Sasha after nodding in satisfaction, she turned to the men who had tried to put their hands on other women.
“What are you talking about, bunch of Papers? If you work hard, you can become an E-level adventurer so get on with your quest. This is why young kids these days ......"
Then the group of three men......
"Maybe she’s an elf? This is my first time seeing one. Wow, she’s a beauty… Why don’t you join our party."
It seems that these three guys are really hungry for women.
Certainly, Sasha is beautiful but I wonder if they haven't noticed that she was called mother earlier......
Hmm? It doesn't matter if she’s called as a mother as long as she's beautiful? I wonder what happened to Sasha’s husband? No, no, no, no! What am I thinking......
Sasha, however, read my mind.

Smiling softly at me, she answered to the guys.
“I'm Sasha, a B rank adventurer. And despite being an A class student last year, of course, you have seen the principal, right? It's funny that you've never seen a fairy race (elf) before. If you were in A class, you must have at least met the principal many times, right?"
Sasha said the word A class deliberately and loudly.
Oh, so this is how she plays......only these guys didn't notice.
“Don't say the word A class out loud! I don't like it when you made us sound like we're bragging!"
Then another party came in behind the guys to talk.
“We're all graduates of last year's Lister Imperial School A class, and we don't know any of these guys, alright? and we haven't fallen to B class even once in that five years. Guys, do you guys know any of their faces?"
The man asked his party members, and no one seemed to know.
“That's odd, isn't it? Shall I inquire with the school? Even like this, I'm currently the assistant teacher of the S class in the Lister Imperial School so I can inquire about the specifics right away? What are your names?"
With that, the first men who tried to entangle us ran away.
“Thank you for helping us, Sasha. Also, the seniors over there...... If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know."
As I said this, the female members of Reimei bowed their heads in unison, thanking Sasha and the seniors’ party.
“You're Glenn's younger brother, right? Then you don't have to thank us. We were taken care of by Glenn, too. He's amazing even though he's younger than me. The wall called older brother may be high but good luck.”*2
After that, the seniors’ party left the Adventurer's Guild.
As expected of my prided elder brother......I'm sure Zeke must have misunderstood something.
After registering Karen and Misha as adventurers, the registration of the E rank party ‘Reimei’ was completed.
