Hotfix version b: Reworked the effects of the "Demand sex" choice on victory to fix a bug that would provoke an endless loop.

That's the description of the "demand sex" choice upon winning a fight, so you could circunvent the issue by disabling the sex demands option on the settings while I get the patch ready. Update: The problem seems to be that, when NPCs make demands, these get solved before the current battle scene gets finished, which makes the resulting sex scene overwrite the battle. It may get troublesome to fix.
