2024-05-04 16:02:38 +0000 UTCI’m unsure if this was addressed in a previous episode, but Justice Merchan’s decision to allow a transcript of Access Hollywood to be entered into the record but not the actual video/audio seems….interesting. How is a transcript any less prejudicial than the audio/video when it’s the same content and still attributable to the defendant?
