It was a really nice Christmas ^^

I hope you all had a nice one! Even if you don't celebrate, I hope it was a good day anyway >v<.

Thinh told me if I was going to be on the computer at all yesterday, to do something for myself or he'd ground me from PC >A<. So I thought I'd do a sketch of an elnin.... because I can't turn off my elnin brain halp xD;;; What was interesting is that, after shutting out all the crazy thoughts of how much needs to be done, fretting over how everyone was receiving the new quest changes, worrying about how I'm going to fit in art queue while there's so much admin work to do still... I actually blasted through the sketch and finished the whole thing during the day while still just hanging out with my husband listening to Christmasy music and chatting about dumb things. It was... really nice TTvTT

It sorta rekindled that excitement to get back into focusing on art~ (And reminded me that overthinking and stressing out about everything really does.. just totally hamstring your ability to draw man)  I know having a schedule mostly devoted to art is still a bit of a ways off with everything being in such a crazy state right now... even when we get the new systems up we'll still probably be messing with the website stuff- after? Simultaneously? (I'm trying to temper my excitement for site thing just in case they're delayed for whatever reason, but I'm hopeful that we'll be able to give you guys some updates on development soonish ahhh man even trying to stifle excitement I AM SO HYPED for it >v<) 

But still, it feels good to be reminded that I can actually finish things when I focus xvx

So this is my elnin, Dune, in her day to day attire. Among the moro and many native Ahzanese elnins, traveler's names are taken when away from home (only family, and perhaps fellow villagers if your hometown is small and close knit, are permitted to know and use your birth name). Dune is a pretty common traveler's name in Ahza but she doesn't mind, in fact she kinda appreciates having a name that's shared with so many of her desert kindred. I think I'll be using this for the gijinka guide, but it also kinda makes me want to do examples like this for regional clothing in general +u+ Get those extra regional feels.

Anyway! Back to getting the group in order! Will try to sneak in some art for you guys as well as much as I can, maybe stream soon?
