Thank you +life update!
Added 2017-03-10 02:53:31 +0000 UTCI JUST WANTED TO SHARE.. with you guys.. since I am kind waffling back and forth between panic and joy.. xD And also to sort of preface what I'm sure is going to end up being like.. A MOUNTAIN OF NEW ART and stuff in the near future.
Today my boyfriend Thinh signed the last bit of paperwork to buy a house... the first one we looked at and sorta fell in love with actually.. Tbh the whole process has been so back and forth and stressful for him poor guy "Can we afford it? Is this a good decision?" But life sorta made the choice for us when our realtor missed something in the paperwork and now lo and behold we're moving forward with the process when we thought we were out of the running due to some issues with the bank loan and the house appraisal and stuff and things.
SO NOW. I'm a little intimidated by the suddenly looming financial responsibilities. In my head, I know it'll be fine if I just stay on top of my work. But his anxiety is infecting me a little bit xD;; I know this just means that I'll have to keep working steadily and diligently! Which is something that I've been striving to improve on, and something I think I've made huuuge progress with over the last year especially.
aasghh.. I just want this to go smoothly for him more than anything because I know he's just so nervous and he is seriously the sweetest most gentle person you have no idea. ;v;
Anyway. @v@ I will refrain from getting too sappy. And I'm sure things will be ok once we're settled in and OH YEAH I am looking to get him a kitten.. he's never owned one but he loves them just as much as I do.. always looking at ze kitty pictures and sending me kitten gifs from work.. I know he will absolutely fall in love with a cat and I'm actually kinda giddy to see it happen x)
Most importantly I just want to say thank you, all of you <3 I guess this being a personal life update thing would usually fall under a higher reward tier (don't worry I'll have some really fun kitten/house pictures to share with the juicy fruits hopefully soonish ohoho!) but I wanted to make sure all my supporters knew I absolutely am so thankful for each and every one of you. There's no way I'd be privileged enough to even worry about this kind of stuff without having a support structure of people like you guys. /gdkfj feelin so sappy rn you have no idea TuT

2017-03-10 04:08:32 +0000 UTCHow exciting! I remember making the decision to build a couple of years ago, OMG the stress and self-doubt and what-if's! Totally know what you mean! But been in it a year now and I love it. You're going to have so much fun having a place to make your own. No worrying about landlord's rules, or whether you can have a pet, or hang paintings, or whatever. Now you get to put your own stamp on everything!
