Scorebars v9.5! - Style Creator Update
Added 2022-08-17 15:56:03 +0000 UTC
Finally got the time to code this dope feature for you guys!

Here we have the full screen of everything in the Style Creator, but let me get to the other changes in this update:
- [QOL] - Fixed a bug where the Golden Badge would be awarded prematurely in Grand Finals if Match Rules were set to standard.
- [QOL] - Fixed an alignment issue with the round tag of the DNf Duel 1 style

Okay now I'll start with the Custom Style Background
- This is where you will upload the custom style you created in Photoshop or whatever you image creation software is.
- Once uploaded, it will appear in the Live Window below.
- Dimension must be 1920 x 275 so it looks sharp at fullscreen and fits like the other styles in Scorebars
Next to that section we have the Player Name Settings with choices to customize a few things
- Font Size: Choose whatever size fits your style. Bigger or smaller than default, your call
- Font Color: I've added the great Coloris script here like I did on the Top X generator for easier color selection for those who don't know or understand Hex color numbers. Just click the color your want. easy-peasy.
- Flag Distance from Top: This adjustment is if the flags next to the player names don't line up in the way you want them to in your style. Typically if the font size is a bit bigger or smaller from the default.
- Box Width: This is essentially a bounding box. It's how long the invisible space is that occupies the player names. You shouldn't every really have to change this from the default, but it is there if for some reason you've got a style you designed with a small space for player names and don't want to make the font smaller for some reason. Player names loo long past the Box Width will line break and it will look ugly on your style.
- Distance from Top: This is for adjusting the distance of the player names themselves from the top of the screen.
- Player 1/2 Spacer 1: For adjusting how far your player name bounding boxes are from the edge of the screen.
- Player 1/2 Spacer 2: This is for adjusting the space between the player name and the player score.

Next we have the Player Score Settings. You'll see familiar adjustments. excluding-
- Outside Spacer: Now this should typically left on the default of 0 for all "Inside" score type styles as you shouldn't need to adjust it. If your style is and "Outside" Score style and you've aligned everything the best you could but its all toward the left for some reason, adjust this a few pixels and it should line up how you like.
- Inside or Outside: This determines where you have the Scores on your Style design. "Inside" if your score are in the middle of the screen between both player names. "Outside" if your style has score spaces towards the edge of the screen.
- Font Settings: Bringing this back as part of the Creator explicitly. You have a different selection of fonts you can use for your Style. If you don't see one that fits your style, feel free to let me know which one it is and i'll see if i can add it. Just make sure the font has all letters/numbers and the typical special characters like dash and underscores otherwise player names with special characters (if for some odd reason they have them) will NOT look correct with the missing or character. Also make sure its atleast slightly bold and is legible. No Cursive or wild fancy fonts. You want your audience to be able to read the player names and scores without having to fullscreen and figure it out.

I've also went the extra mile and added an option for you all to upload Team Style backgrounds too. These are the backgrounds you see behind team names typically below the player names on Scorebars if the player has one entered into their profiles. Some notes on that-
- Team Styles consist of 3 images/pieces that connect to each other inconspicuously so its not noticeable.
- The left, middle and right sides respectively
- In the style template you can edit them to make them your own if you like or use the default on in the Style Creator
- The left/right size dimensions must be NOT be larger than 30 x 20 pixels.
- The middle part must be 1 pixel wide so it stretches and looks correct.
- After clicking on each part button and selecting a file, hit the Upload button and they will show in the Live Window below. If your image alignment is off, just upload them again.
Team Font Settings now with the usual except-
- Distance from Edge: This is the distance in pixels at which the team names are from their screen edges. Bring them in or out according to you style alignment.
- Abbreviation Color: You can change the Team Abbreviation color here if you don't like the default Goldish color. Remember Abbreviation names will only show if you have the "Team Display" setting under Extra Settings in the Admin Panel set to it. All options are show here in the Style Creator though.

Similar to the Team Style settings, we have Round Tag settings as well! Some differences though-
- The recommended max dimension of the left and right sides are 55 x 35 pixels.
- If your Round tag exceeded the recommended dimensions, you can adjust the height and left/right width according to your Round Tag pieces.
- Font Distance from Top: This is for if you Round tag font doesn't line up perfectly vertically how you like.

Here we have a requested feature from a couple people before. If you like the "Classic" style on Scorebars, but felt like you'd like to be able to change the colors to fit your style/stream/etc. well here you go. Some notes-
- Turning on Custom Color BG will turn off any other default or custom style background you uploaded
- Change the 2 selectable background colors from the boxes here and hit save. They will update in the Live Window below. Match up with changing the player font and score text if you want to as well.
- Also more notes on images dimensions and file size limitations. 1MB max.

Just more of an idea of how the Team Styles and Round Tags work here.

Back in the Admin Panel, You will now see the option to Open the Style Creator in Style Selection. With your new Custom Style created, scroll down the Style list to the bottom to see a new "Custom Style" option under the classic styles. Select that and your newly created style will show up right there on Scorebars. I think that about wraps everything up for this update. Hope you enjoy!
I've also added another Lesson video to walk you all through the process as well. You can view it here:

Notes: If you are trying to move score up or down and it stops moving despite you changing the numbers, adjust the player names distance as well
