First and Twenty - Flying Fox and Warhound 1

I've created and tinkered with this superhero world for at least seven years now. Dividing the plot among two story movers: Dr Nightmares and Wicked Sharp or Amy Flying Fox and Simon Warhound. The plot is based around the idea of a comic book universe that didn't have functional mind control and telepathy suddenly getting it, in multiple different ways. Nightmares follows one means: Overshadow, Amy and Simon follow another means: Chrysalis. Both of which are overseen by a secret cabal of 7. The plan was each episode would be a 50 page or so short story, four to six episodes to make an arc. I've got their first arcs well planned out for Dr Nightmares and for Amy and Simon. This is the fist of A&S, and this arc is very much their origin story. I name a lot of characters in this first episode, but I only use a handful. Hopefully it doesn't seem like too much at this point.
Anyway, I hope you like it. You can read First and Twenty without reading Cut and Run, but they do reference each other. This is the link for Cut and Run if you haven't tried it yet. (which I'm going to do some housekeeping on after the post tomorrow, just to make sure all of the jargon is correct.)

Rosa's powers are definitely going to lead to a bit of a reverse harem scenario, but she's not the overall focus, Simon and Amy are. I think you were pointing at whether Simon knew about Amy and Devilchild? Yeah, the reason why he does actually leads into the credulity straining part of the story. Simon's story is basically: everyone has to have a first time. Even the would-be Chads. Simon's trained himself to stay in control, has been hurt, is a romantic, and is slow to trust. It took Riley, who he'd known for years and dated for months, for him to let his walls come down. I'm sure it'll all be illuminated when we know Derek, Simon, Amy, and Riley's histories a bit better.

2021-04-20 17:36:36 +0000 UTCPg 12 this experiment make me think about a reverse harem. However, so many hot females are being introduced I’m not sure what to think. Pg 17 don’t think she’d tell him because it seems she hasn’t told him that she is with some one. Edit:I guess he did know but it’s not clear initially.Pg 32 how is he inexperienced? Handsome, in great shape, high self confidence, super hero. Strains credulity.
