[UPDATE] Subscription billing

I polled whether to switch to subscription billing or keep things as they were, and this was the result:
Many of you said that it didn't matter either way, and I also took that into account!
I will be switching to subscription billing now, and existing patrons won't be seeing any changes to the way you're being charged. If you'd like to be billed on a day that isn't the 1st of each month, you can cancel and pledge on a day that suits you!
