p1harmony absolutely slayed, their energy is just so different from everyone else. And I very agree with you PD, they suit this type of look and sound so well, you can tell the members are feeling themselves so much, especially keeho and jongseob. They're actually done preparing their next album and keeho said it's going to be so them since they're even more involved then ever before. So I'm really hoping for them to go with this new direction. And I can't wait to finally hear work and their other songs live at their concert in Poland this month I'M SO EXCITED!!!

And classic Korean ballads are difficult for even older gen idols, so I don't really expect new gen idols to be able to convey that specific kind of sentiment of that era. Narin's cover of Shim Soo-bong actually surprised me a little bit, her tone helped bring out a taste of that emotion.

I Don’t Care has the VVN style you would expect on an izna song. Bet You’ll Regret It (pre-debut) & F Girl (debut) are fine songs, but it either grows on you, so you end up liking it a bit more, or it will not change and it will stay being “just fine”. Also! The opening girl of this performance, her name is Beni and she is the very first trainee to enter P Nation. I think she entered even before TaeHun.

2025-12-31 09:53:08 +0000 UTCHmmmm......I am always a little iffy on specifically KPOP idols covering Boohwal/Lee Seung Chul bc it just becomes either if the singers can hit the high notes if its a boy group or what happened here with chaewon and liz where it was just constant/overdone harmonies and this is a song meant to be sung by ONE person and their specific emotional interpretation of the song (a la IU who took a TOTALLY different route than Lee Seung Chul but it was a CHOICE and not just people singing their parts) Lee Seung Chul was/is a SPECIAL individual singer.....the moment he opens his mouth and sings ONE word the tear ducts just start working and his phrasing while singing is GOD tier level. Korean balladeers are balladeers for a reason and it goes WAY beyond just being able to hit the note or belting. Every kpop group cover just always sounds so dead/empty in comparison given how SAD the lyrics of this song are

2025-12-31 04:43:47 +0000 UTCOne who sticks out in close your eyes believe is Jmin is a member of bae173 a very mistreated group that's under pocket dol they had two members in x1 that were in the group but one left the group and company because of mistreatment and the other that was in x1 is still in the group and got put in another survival show and won like Jmin here but believe isn't getting treated better over their in his new winning survival show group either. Bae173 have got members with experience but under real bad company believe another member has sued or is currently. Bae173 did the peak time show which was basically a show for nugu groups to get more recognition and compete along with dkb, vanner, atbo from kingdom ace show etc. They debuted back in 2020 you've reactided before but they don't have or get much at all I believe

Ballet is almost the complete opposite technique where a lot of the energy is very "up" as opposed to hip-hop/pop which requires you to direct your energy into the floor. Despite being a dancer, it's almost like learning a completely different dance language.
