2025-12-28 21:13:11 +0000 UTCRather than the Nekoma match being so serious that they had to dedicate for that its own movie, it is more like: “Anime is essentially for boosting manga sales and the series had ended, so there was nothing else to boost + maybe the hype around the show was not as mainstream-ish as before, so they at least decided to go for movie releases” + anime movies instead of a new season have started to be a thing lately.

The nekoma member that’s like besties with Tanaka ☺️ I can’t wait for you to sink your teeth into the movie, I adore it and watched it in cinemas like three times haha. Happy holidays PD!
