Thanks for hanging out withe me!

So as you all know we had a little visit by the miniature overlords.... As a result, in order to avoid future troubles, I have agreed to make a few item unavailable until I update them. I mentioned to them that I would be willing to discuss the details they have a problem with and they said sure. But they also said they wanted me to take down ALL my stuff... lol

This month Ill try to get a couple units modded so that Wames Jerkshop MAY leave us alone, we shall see.

For those who may not be aware of their tactics... They are sending THOUSANDS of DMCA's and C&D's knowing that 99.9% will just capitulate. This is what they count on for "IP protection". Doesn't matter if they are being accurate or not. For instance, in the letter they sent me they named 4 DIFFERENT models as infringing on their Voldus model!!! LOLOL

So, in general, if you get a DMCA from them, dispute it, they will not sue you (assuming you aren't using their names and/or making 1:1 items). If you get a C&D, DO NOT sign any paper they request but def consult a lawyer. Then offer some assuagement like removing some items for modification. I fully intend to modify the items I removed in good faith... we shall see where that goes. I think its worth the effort if it gets them to leave us be.

First up is one of the most popular items - the Nemestrikes. Then the terminators and the banner bearer kit and the Dreadnought. I gotta get these kits back up for sale pretty quick.
