A few months ago, I went to the annual Superbooth synthesizer festival in Berlin. One of the things I saw there was a beautiful new version of the Novation Bass Station II. While I had some familiarity with the original Bass Station from the 90s, I had never touched its modern counterpart. I gave the instrument a quick spin at the Novation booth and was blown away. I immediately asked them if they would be interested in my doing a video about it.
Over the course of last two weeks, I've played the instrument pretty much nonstop, creating many new patches in the process. Naturally, these patches have now been turned into the sample library I'm posting here. The library consists of 19 of my favorite patches, as well as a full synth engine using the Bass Station's raw waveforms. Beware, due to all the modulators being turned on, the last patch can be somewhat CPU intensive.
As usual, this sample library can be downloaded from within the Decent Sampler plugin, assuming you use the same email address for Patreon as you do for Decent Sampler.
