0.042 public release

As threatened, it's time for a public release.
This is 0.042, and much has happened since 0.035
Unfortunately, it's not save game compatible. I've changed the code so much since 0.035, that compatibility is impossible. Plus an old undiscovered bug, in the old versions, that made weekdays not roll over properly, makes weekends unplayable
What's new:
1) New Andrea random event.
2) Implemented city map. At first there will be just 2 locations, but as you meet the girls, more locations will open up.
3) Jessica track date
4) Dana weekend event. You need above 50 affection and sexuality + the getaway event to trigger.
5) Implemented weekends. There's not a lot to there yet, except for the Dana event, so I've placed a button in the living room to allow you to skip the weekend.
Almost forgot. I've started remaking some of the old renders. So if you see Dana change her appearance, in the same scene, that's what that is.
That's about it.
I've tested it as much as I can, but so much of the code has been changed, that I find it hard to believe, I haven't missed something.
So please report any bug you find.
