Huzzah we're back from Gen Con and we're workin' hard to make up for lost time! It was such a genuine blast and honor to get to meet some of y'all in person and do the Kickstarter announcement to a room full of beautiful wonderful kindhearted people!
As for the episode, this season's really kicking me into high-gear with the unique backdrops, huh? I think I drew a total of 16 backgrounds in my entire life before this season. How dare my wonderful dream job force me to improve and grow as an artist. The audacity. The most time-consuming part of making this episode was the court room backdrop, so you KNOW I'm going to use it again the second I can.
Had a lot of fun in the booth with this one, personally! Getting to blubber and sob those crocodile tears was a BLAST. Pepper, the gal that you are... Also I loved drawing Elliot in his lil suit. Also also loved figuring out new cute ways for Mara and Rayne to share the screen :)
