Yes, if you untap her after activating her and activate her again, with the previous activation(s) on the stack, you gain control of all targets on the same stack. Once you take control of your targets then untapping/leaving play kills them.

You can put multiple Merieke abilities on the stack at the same time, you gain control of them all and none die.
